Perfect Southern Illinois Weather!!

Weather the last two day has just been perfect here in Southern Illinois for hiking, biking or wine tasting.  What a spectacular Labor Day Weekend it has been.  Of course we must thank all our guest for arriving early on Saturday so we could return "home" to O'Fallon, Il to celebrate with out dearest friends on their Fifth Wedding Anniversary.   Much love to MF and Joe Daylor, a truly wonderful couple who have been our friends for many many years.  This really has been a great weekend to visit The Garden of the Gods, eat Cat fish at the E Town Cafe and sip some wine either on the Shawnee Wine Hills Wine Trail or the Southern Illinois Wine Trail.  Still a few weekends open if you are looking to come down to enjoy all that Southern Illinois has to offer.  October if fast filling up, so if you want to see the color this fall check out our website www.oakridgemanor.com  for openings.  Until next time, Anna
